We ship globally with ELTA Hellenic Post. On every order we have tracking number so you can track your order. Although restrictions on imports & tracking service may vary from country to country.

Sometimes we need the chassis number of your smart car in order to know exactly which model you own. Some products depending the edition & model of you smart car need some micro adjustments in order to fit perfectly.

For international sales we have two ( 2) available payment’s options right now:

  1. Payment with Paypal
  2. Payment with credit card (Visa and Maestro) via Stripe
  3. Direct Bank Transfer

Our website has “SSL” ( “Secure Socket Lager”) Certification. This helps with the encrypting of your personal information as well as your banking information. The ” SSL” helps protect the customers and the security of our website as the information is not reachable and readable from hackers and identity thieves. We force the customers to do a secure checkout through our system ( Look at the url in your browser and you will see it starts with https:// instead of http:// ).

All products have the legal guarantee of two years. Defective products are replaced. It’s unsuall  to receive a defective product but we have to reassure you that we are obligated to replace it. The shipping costs of the defective product’s replacement is paid by Smart Power Design. However, the warranty does not apply to products damaged due to misuse, collision, improper installation or installation. You must always read the installation instructions carefully.

The customer has the right to return the product(s) within 14 days after he/she receives the product(s). 

  1. The product(s) must be in original condition, in original packaging, unused, uninstalled, unmarked and re-saleable, with all documentation and packaging intact to be eligible for refund.
  2. The shipping costs of the return is paid by the customer.
  3. The return will not be accepted if the product(s) are incomplete or damaged.
  4. Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuance of refund. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for used or incomplete returns. Items determined as ineligible for credit can be shipped back to the customer upon request, at customer’s expense. Unclaimed ineligible return items will be disposed of after 30 days.
  5. For refunds, the shipping costs as well as the paint job’s costs are deducted from the amount of full refund.
  6. The return of the money will be to the customer’s desired account, after we receive the shipment.
